&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Located at the east side of Belfast City Hall, the structure offers spectacular views across the city from a height of 200 feet.
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
The Wheel of Belfast will operate until January 2009. However, it will be closed on certain dates for memorial services. The Wheel will be closed until 2.30pm on 3 and 9 November 2008.
&lt;h3&gt;Opening times&lt;/h3&gt;
The opening times are:
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Sunday to Thursday - 10am to 9pm&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Friday - 10am to 10pm&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Saturday - 9am to 10pm.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
Each observation journey lasts approximately 12 minutes and each capsule can carry up to eight people. 
&lt;h3&gt;Admission prices&lt;/h3&gt;
Adult: £6.50&lt;br /&gt;
Child (3 to 12 years): £4.50&lt;br /&gt;
Child (1 to 3 years): £1&lt;br /&gt;
Infant (under 1 year): Free&lt;br /&gt;
Private gondola: £48&lt;br /&gt;
VIP gondola: £55&lt;br /&gt;
VIP gondola with champagne: £70&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

His work debates issues of public and private space and investigates notions of conflict.

Paul’s photographs have been exhibited worldwide and are held many museum collections including the Tate Gallery, the Art Institute of Chicago and the Irish Museum of Modern Art.

In 2003, Seawright represented Wales at the Venice Biennale of Art and in 1997 won the Irish Museum of Modern Art/Glen Dimplex Prize.

The event is organised by the council, Bloomfield Wildlife Watch, a junior club of the Ulster Wildlife Trust, and BBC Breathing Places. 
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
The party marks the start of the winter tree planting season and includes environmental games, arts and crafts sessions, a nature walk and an orienteering trail.
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Our tree inspectors will also be on hand to demonstrate tree inspections, woodland thinning and pruning. 
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
The event is open to everyone. Children must be accompanied by an adult when taking part in activities and sensible clothing and footwear is required. 
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
