If you're keen to help the environment and make Belfast a cleaner and greener place to live, there are lots of volunteering opportunities you can get involved with.You can raise money for an environmental charity, take part in a conservation or education project or help support international aid.
Here are some organisations who offer opportunities:
- Conservation Volunteers Northern Ireland (CVNI)
Conservation Volunteers Northern Ireland (CVNI) runs regular Green Gyms which give people the chance to do some physical activity while helping to clean up their local area.
They're open to everyone and projects take place throughout Belfast.
