Our brand new and improved Castle Antiques area is located in the cellars of Belfast Castle.

This area of the building has been cleverly transformed, enticing you to step back in time and experience Victorian-style narrow, paved streets, shop fronts and gas lights, all of which were common when work on the castle was completed in 1870.

Castle Antiques provides a range of goods, including:

The friendly and helpful staff at Castle Antiques can also help you find out about:

The shop has access to a database of the histories of more than 500,000 European and international names, including around 35,000 Scottish clan and 24,000 Irish surnames.

Your family coat-of-arms can also be printed on coloured parchment, together with the history of your surname (between 1600 and 1800 words in length), and sent by postal tube to you or your friends or family living overseas.
