Room hire rates

If you prefer to tailor-make your own wedding package, individual hire rates are available for all our rooms. A minimum of two hours applies. Our first floor rooms are also available to hire and are perfect for a smaller wedding reception.

Special offers

We offer a discount of 20 per cent off room hire and 20 per cent off main banqueting meals for all wedding receptions booked Sundays to Thursdays (applies to weddings booked after 1 April 2011). Please note this offer does not apply on bank or public holidays (as defined by the council), Valentine's Day or during December.

Bookings

To confirm your booking, a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of 50 per cent of the room hire, payable to Belfast City Council, and a £300 fee, payable to Castle Catering Ltd, is required. For more information, call 028 9077 6925.
