HomeBe Warm scheme
Be Warm is a saving stamp scheme which helps householders save for home heating oil by spreading the cost of their fuel.
It allows you to buy our special oil stamps from a range of retailers, collect them on a savings card and then use the value of your stamps to pay for all or part of your oil when you place an order with your supplier.
This scheme is very successful and since it began in January 2009 it has helped residents save over £400,000 worth of oil stamps.
The scheme is available throughout Belfast and we're looking for retailers and oil companies
from across the city to take part in the scheme.
This means residents throughout Belfast can buy and spend their stamps easily in their local communities.
