Big Boost
Big Boost offers discounts on a wide range of leisure centre classes and activities. If you plan to attend two or more activities or facilities per week, you will save money with Big Boost - packages start from just £6.30 per month and give you unlimited access to swimming pools, badminton and squash.
It also offers unlimited access to the following activities:
- table tennis
- climbing wall
- sauna, steam or spa facilities
- 25 per cent discount on Laser Zone game
- 25 per cent discount on one week's holiday camp.

Families
If you and another member of your family use our leisure centres regularly, you can save money by joining Boost as a family. This option is available for one or two adults, any children aged 16 or less or students in full-time education. It only applies to Maximum or Big Boost memberships.Payment for the whole group must be made by direct debit from one account. If you or a member of your family is aged 16 or less, in full-time education or in receipt of means-tested benefits, you will also need the relevant documents listed below for each person.

Requirements
You can apply for Boost by picking up an application form at any of our leisure centres. You will also need the following documents, depending on your status. If you do not have any photographic ID, two forms of proof of address are needed.If you wish to pay by direct debit, you will also need to bring a bank or building society statement to verify your details.

This discount is only open to those who receive any of the following:- Income support
- Jobseeker's allowance (income based)
- Tax credits and health exemption certificate (HCEC)
- Housing benefit
- Pension credit
- Employment and support allowance income related (ESAIR)
- National Asylum Support (NAS).
- a typed letter from a local Social Security Agency
- the letter must show your name and address
- the letter must be stamped and dated (the date should not be more than six months old).
- a form of photographic identification proof of your address
- a Health Charges Exemption Certificate within date (white card).
- a typed letter from the Northern Ireland Housing Executive
- the letter must show your name and address
- the letter must be stamped and dated (the date should not be more than six months old).
- a typed letter from NAS
- photographic identification (ARC card).
Bookings
As a Boost member, you can book classes up to seven days in advance. This applies to one activity per day.To cancel a class, you will need to give 24 hours' notice. This privilege will be removed if you fail to turn up, or you fail to pay for a booking, and you will be charged the full price for the booking you missed.
Additional charges
Adult Big Boost memberships have an administration fee of £15. All other Big Boost memberships have an administration fee of £10.All memberships must remain continuous, otherwise the appropriate administration fee is payable for each renewal.
For direct debits signed before the 15th of each month, the first direct debit payment will be collected in the following month. For direct debits signed on or after the 15th of each month, one month's full payment must be made and the direct debit will be collected the month after.
A bank or building society statement is required to verify your details. Direct debit forms are available from any of our leisure centre receptions.
