Boost leisure membership scheme - cancellations
- Annual memberships cannot be cancelled throughout the year.
- If you pay by direct debit, you can cancel your membership at any time prior to submission of the monthly direct debit transfer by Belfast City Council.
- In normal circumstances, this cut off point will be the 15th calendar day of the month. Cancellation will take effect from the first day of the month after we receive your request to cancel your membership. Unless the scheduled direct debit submission for that month has already been made by Belfast City Council. In this instance, your cancellation will take effect from the first day of the following month.
- Direct debit members should also cancel their direct debit with their bank.

- emailing boost@belfastcity.gov.uk or
- completing a cancellation form at reception in any of our leisure centres. If you complete a cancellation form, please keep your cancellation receipt.
Memberships will only be cancelled if a phone message, email or cancellation form has been completed by the member themselves.
