You must show this card every time you use one of our leisure centres.
Documents required
You must bring your birth certificate or passport with you when you return your application form to any of our leisure centre reception areas.This will help us to process your application quickly.
Other charges
All monthly Boost memberships have an administration fee of £15 to activate.For direct debits signed before the 15th of each month, the first payment will be collected in the following month.
For direct debits signed after the 15th of each month, one month’s full payment must be made for the following month and the first direct debit payment will be collected the month after.
