Boost pay-as-you-go
Boost pay-as-you-go helps you save money if you prefer not to pay a monthly fee to use our leisure centres. There are three different options:
- Boost Reward Plus
For a one-off registration fee of £15.75 (renewed annually), you receive £1 discount on all activities. You can also book activities in person or via telephone, up to seven days in advance. You don't have to pay for the activities until the day of your booking.
- Boost Reward
Register for a free Boost reward card and you will receive £1 discount on all activities. You can also book activities in person, up to seven days in advance, but you must pay for them when you make the booking.
- Boost Concession
If you're aged 16 or less, a full-time student, aged 60 or more, or receiving certain types of means-tested benefits, you'll receive discounts on all leisure centre activities. You can also book activities in person, up to seven days in advance, but you must pay for them when you make the booking. There is no annual fee with this membership.

You can check the prices for activities you are eligible for discount with in our leisure centre prices section. Just look for the pay-as-you-go Boost option and your status (adult, child, student, over 60 or means-tested benefits recipient).Requirements
You can apply for Boost by picking up an application form at any of our leisure centres. You will also need the following documents, depending on your status. If you do not have any photographic ID, two forms of proof of address are needed.| Documents needed | |

This discount is only open to those who receive any of the following:- Income support
- Jobseeker's allowance (income based)
- Tax credits and health exemption certificate (HCEC)
- Housing benefit
- Pension credit
- Employment and support allowance income related (ESAIR)
- National Asylum Support (NAS).
- a typed letter from a local Social Security Agency
- the letter must show your name and address
- the letter must be stamped and dated (the date should not be more than six months old).
- a form of photographic identification proof of your address
- a Health Charges Exemption Certificate within date (white card).
- a typed letter from the Northern Ireland Housing Executive
- the letter must show your name and address
- the letter must be stamped and dated (the date should not be more than six months old).
- a typed letter from NAS
- photographic identification (ARC card).
