Boost leisure membership scheme - terms and conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to our Boost leisure membership scheme:
-
Boost cards are not transferable. We will record your image as proof of identification for usage.
- Boost cards must be shown and swiped at each visit or you may have to pay the standard rate for non-members.
- We make every attempt to provide the published programme, however facilities, classes, and courses are subject to availability, session times and opening hours.
- If we discover that any information leading to the issue of the Boost card is false, we will immediately cancel the membership.
- If you don't renew a cash monthly membership, we will cancel your membership. You must then return your Boost card.
- Boost cards remain the property of Belfast City Council. Cards must be immediately returned to a leisure centre following the cancellation of a direct debit membership. The use of a Boost card following a cancellation will result in charges for the session being applied plus an administration fee.
- We are unable to provide refunds in part or in full for any cancellations.
- When you are applying to join Boost, if you want to pay by direct debit you must provide a recent bank statement, or other form of evidence of bank details (such as a cheque book) to confirm your details. This evidence will be checked by a member of staff and returned to you.
- If your Boost card is damaged, lost or stolen, you must report this to one of our leisure centres. You will be charged a fee of £2 for a replacement card.
- We will advise all Boost direct debit members of any price changes at least 15 working days in advance.
- We reserve the right to amend, withdraw and update the terms and conditions of Boost.
- Members must abide by the terms and conditions governing entry and use at each leisure centre.
- We reserve the right to refuse admission to any of our facilities.
