The Rules of Management for Places of Indoor Entertainment

We send a copy of The Rules of Management for Places of Indoor Entertainment to all entertainments licence holders. These rules have been produced to help licensees properly manage and operate their licensed premises in Belfast.

The licensee must keep the Rules of Management on their premises at all times. This is a standard condition of their entertainments licence. We're responsible for the administration and provision of entertainment licensing in Belfast in accordance with the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Northern Ireland Order 1985.

All licensed premises in Belfast get a copy of the Rules of Management.

Energy Performance Certificates (EPC)

This energy labelling system measures the overall energy efficiency of buildings.

The higher the rating, the more energy-efficient the building is. And the more energy efficient the building is, the lower the fuel bills are likely to be.

All new buildings and buildings for sale or rent need an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).
