Hotel Employment Academy

If you’re interested in working in the hospitality industry but lack experience and qualifications, the Hotel Employment Academy (HEA) offers you the perfect opportunity to develop new skills and gain valuable work experience. 

Who’s eligible?

HEA is open to anyone living in the Belfast City Council area, currently out of work or working less than 16 hours a week.

Titanic Hotel Belfast career open day

We’ve teamed up with Titanic Hotel Belfast for their Career Open Day on Tuesday, 29 May 2018, 3pm – 6pm and will be interviewing on the day for the following posts: 

  • housekeeping team members
  • food and beverage team members
  • conference and banqueting team members.

What’s involved?

HEA will give you practical experience in working in a hotel, as well as training in areas such as:

  • customer care
  • food safety
  • health and safety
  • manual handling. 

It will give you the skills needed for specific posts within the hotel.

How to apply? 

You do not need to register to attend the event, simply come along to Titanic Hotel Belfast on Tuesday 29 May from 3pm – 6pm to speak to their team.
