Mystery shop and mentoring opportunity to assess your customer service and increase standards

Belfast-based retailers, hospitality and tourism-related businesses are being offered the opportunity to receive a free assessment of their customer service.

We’ll arrange a mystery shop to assess your service levels, provide advice and guidance based on that experience, and then carry out a final mystery shop to gauge if standards have improved.

What will be assessed?

The team of experienced shoppers will measure all aspects of service including:

  • first impressions – external and internal maintenance, signage and accessibility
  • window display
  • customer service
  • selling skills
  • atmosphere
  • staff appearance
  • housekeeping
  • overall experience
  • website and social media audit (if applicable).

Types of support available

Depending on your businesses requirements, you can also receive up to 10.5 hours of mentoring support in any of the following areas:

  • customer service
  • team management and staff productivity
  • face-to-face sales
  • marketing
  • e-commerce
  • financial planning.
