Health and Social Care Employment Academy (HSCEA)
We’re working with privately owned care providers to help them recruit skilled individuals to work within the care profession, through our Health and Social Care Employment Academy (HSCEA).
The HSCEA will give participants the opportunity to obtain the correct skills and training required to become a care assistant as well as providing trainees with the opportunity to obtain the licences necessary to work within the care industry.
Who is eligible?
HSCEA is open to anyone living in the Belfast City Council area, currently out of work or working less than 16 hours a week.
Upcoming jobs fair
For more information about the Health and Social Care Employment Academy (HSCEA), and available job opportunities, you’re invited to attend a jobs fair on Thursday 15 February, from 10am – 12 noon, in the Penthouse Suite of the Europa Hotel Belfast.

How to apply
You are welcome to attend the jobs fair in the morning, but attendance is not compulsory, and return for a one-to-one interview which will be held in the afternoon, from 1pm – 4pm.
You can also simply attend the interview sessions in the afternoon. These will be on a first come, first served basis, and are open for anyone wishing to meet with possible care provider employers.
