Advanced Industry Materials Saving Programme

About the programme

The Advanced Industry Materials Saving Programme (AIMS) helps businesses reduce their costs by analysing the flow, quality and sustainability of the materials incorporated in their products and services.

The analysis and subsequent implementation of improvements will enable the businesses to increase their profitability by over five per cent.

There will be workshops in the following areas:

• Value Stream Analysis
• Workflow Management
• Materials and Energy Value Analysis.

The programme is open to advanced industries located in the Belfast City Council or Lisburn City Council regions. Companies should not be Invest NI client companies but should have export supply chain potential.
