Retail Masterclasses for Independent Retailers

As part of our plan to strategically assist Belfast’s independent retail sector, and to complement our ongoing Retail Therapy Programme, we offer a range of masterclasses for independent retailers.

They provide tips for improving customer service, motivating staff, identifying and maximising marketing opportunities and improving sales.

These masterclasses are currently closed. Recruitment will start again in 2011.
