Inverary Community Centre
Inverary Community Centre serves the local community by providing a wide range of activities and facilities for all ages.It also helps to tackle local issues by working with other voluntary and statutory organisations in the area.
Opening hours
- Monday - Thursday - 9am to 5pm and 6pm to 10pm
- Friday - 9am to 4.30pm and 6pm to 9.30pm.
Facilities
We offer the following facilities:- main hall
- two committee rooms
- staff offices
- a bottle bank.
Activities
We cater for a range of activities, suitable for a variety of ages.These include:
- after-school provision
- youth services
- parent and toddler groups
- Sydenham Joy Senior Citizens' Club
- meditation and relaxation
- yoga
- jujitsu
- Boylands Football Club (open to both boys and girls)
- disco and modern dance club.
Classes
A number of classes are also held in our centre. These include:- Belfast Institute of Higher and Further Education (BIFHE) education classes in cookery, painting and sketching and keep-fit
- Belfast Education and Library Board (BELB) Introduction to Youth Work course.
Seasonal events
Inverary Community Centre also offers a wide variety of seasonal events, including a summer scheme for children and young people.Contact us
