Ligoniel Community Centre provides a wide range of services to the surrounding community.

A centre committee, made up of local residents and members of the various groups which use the centre, work with our staff to develop a varied programme which serves everyone.

As well as our regular activities, we’re involved in a number of groups and projects which vary all the time. This includes the local Neighbourhood Renewal Partnership Board and its working groups.

We also run play schemes for primary school children during the summer holidays and community events at different times during the year.

You’ll find information on events and other projects and organisations in the city and beyond displayed in the centre. Simply call in and ask a member of staff who will be happy to help you.

If you would like to join any of our projects or groups, please contact the centre.

Volunteers

Volunteers are very important to us. Without their time and commitment, it would be hard for us to deliver many of our activities, including After school clubs and Summer Schemes.

If you would be interested in volunteering, please contact us. Even a few hours a week would be of great help to us and the groups that we work with.
