Consumer advice educational talks
Our advisors offer talks, briefings, workshops and presentations to all schools, traders and community groups in Belfast. These visits are free, and they can be tailored to suit any age, type of group, consumer issue or a school's curriculum.
Community groups can include church groups, senior groups, youth groups, alternative education groups and other organisations.
The briefings focus on the legislation that relates to consumer advice, consumers' rights and traders' responsibilities. We also cover the work that the staff in the Consumer Advice Centre do and how we can help you if you have a complaint. Workshops generally last between 30 and 45 minutes.
