Gender identity protocol
A number of people find the gender they are assigned at birth does not match their internal sense of being male or female. We believe that all staff, workers, councillors and customers, regardless of their gender identity have the right to equal treatment and protection from discrimination. We will also aim to provide a positive working environment free from discrimination, harassment or victimisation.
