The creative industries are those which have their origin in individual creativity, skill, and talent, and which have a potential for wealth and job creation through the generation and exploitation of intellectual property.

Shaped by the priorities set out in our Local Economic Development Plan, we are committed to supporting and developing the creative industries, providing jobs and a stronger economy in Belfast.

We provide a supportive business environment to allow the sector to develop. The establishment of collaborative networks, business mentoring, innovative product development and the design and implementation of appropriate infrastructure are essential components of this support.
