Meximum Business Challenge

Teams of talented students will get the chance to pitch their ideas to launch a new breakfast burrito at Boojum Mexican Burrito Bar in Belfast.
Participants will receive bite-sized sessions on developing a marketing plan during Global Entrepreneurship Week and share in the real life experiences of Belfast-based entrepreneurs.
Four teams will then be selected to market Boojum Mexican Burrito Bar, Botanic Avenue or Chichester Street - a professional experience that money couldn't buy!
All profits will go to the Make-A-Wish Foundation® UK.
Terms and conditions
- Each team can consist of up to six members.
- All team members must be current students of Belfast Metropolitan College, St Mary's University College, Stranmillis University College, Queen's University or the University of Ulster and living in the Belfast City Council area.
- The closing date for entries is Friday 4 November 2011.
- The initial bite sized session will take place on Wednesday 16 November 2011.
- Teams will pitch their marketing plans to a panel of experts on Wednesday 30 November before four finalist teams are selected.
- Teams selected for the final challenge will receive extra business coaching and take over Boojum Mexican Burrito Bar in February 2012.
- The winning team will be invited to a celebration event at Belfast City Hall on Wednesday 29 February 2012.
