Speak up on Belfast's Language Policy - Engagement Events

Date: 20 Jun 2017 - 29 Jun 2017

We'd like to hear your views on how Irish, Ulster-Scots and other minority languages should be incorporated into our work.

The new policy updates our existing language policy and aims to create a framework which will guide the use of Irish, Ulster-Scots and other minority languages, including sign language by the council.

Come along to one of our Engagement Events

We are holding information and engagement events to give you the opportunity to learn more about the draft policy and proposed framework and to give your feedback.

Date Time Venue
Tuesday 20 June 2017 10.30am - 12.30pm Belfast City Hall
Thursday 29 June 2017 3.30pm - 5.30pm NICVA, Duncairn Gardens

The same content will be covered so you do not need to attend both.

We are also holding focus groups.
