This workshop will give you the opportunity to gain a better understanding of the financial barriers that both social enterprises and co-operatives face.

Financial planning is an important element in any business. You need to ensure that your idea is viable and work out all funding requirements.

If you are applying for funding, you need to ensure you personally understand your figures. Therefore, this session will look at:

  • financial viability
  • costing
  • pricing
  • breakeven
  • forecast estimation and
  • cash flow and profitability.
