Niall speaks regularly throughout Europe, Asia, Middle East and USA on the topic of digital transformation and is a visiting Professor at MLN Champion, Ulster University. He has been commissioned to create strategic and transformative plans for FTSE 100 companies and has worked with over 200 organisations worldwide that demand rapid growth in the digital age.
Niall is the co-author of the recently published book ‘The Seven Principles of Digital Business Strategy’ and will share his thinking on Digital Transformation and why it is primarily about strategy, leadership and new ways of thinking.
As Founder and MD of BLK BOX, Gregory Bradley heads up one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of specialist fitness equipment for world class training facilities. Employing a team of 33 and with an impressive 40,000 sq ft HQ in the Titanic Quarter, Gregory has created a unique business in the heart of Belfast. He identified a gap in the market in 2012 when class-based fitness groups were taking off and there was a demand for specialist equipment.
Their USP was, and is, to design and fit out gyms from start to finish – they are the only company in Ireland to offer this service. Their sporting client list includes Arsenal, Everton, Dublin GAA, Sri Lanka Cricket and the IRFU. They have created purpose-built home gyms for household names in the world of entertainment and their corporate clients include Linked-in, Google and Embody Fitness Dubai.
