Fire and Ice
Date: 7 Dec 2018 - 8 Dec 2018
Time: 7 December: 6pm-9pm and 8 December: 9am-6pm
Venue: Royal Avenue (outside CastleCourt)
Be amazed as parts of the city centre transform into a sculpture gallery on Friday 7 and Saturday 8 December, with a stunning corridor of ice sculptures and fire.
Graeme Stratton, Northern Ireland’s leading ice sculptor, will be creating ten incredible new sculptures, which will be on public display along Royal Avenue for this never-before-seen event. The sculptures will feature a variety of subjects from fantasy to nature as well as one or two special creations for the kids to enjoy.
Alongside the ice sculptures, a selection of Northern Ireland’s most talented and exciting fire performers will help to keep the temperature up. There’ll be fire dancing, fire fans, fire juggling and fire breathing – sure to get the adrenaline pumping.
International DJ Neon Fiji will also be performing on the Royal Avenue stage, providing an electrifying sound scape to set the mood as you explore this magical event.
The event is free and no booking is necessary.
