Could houses be built on the North Foreshore site?

The North Foreshore is not zoned for housing development in the draft Belfast Metropolitan Area Plan and it is not our intention to build houses.

The site is best suited to the types of development that we have proposed.

This includes:

• Giant`s Park
• Environmental Resource Recovery Park

We believe these will be of greatest benefit to the people of Belfast.
