HomeHow do you collect information for the Food Hygiene Rating Scheme ?
To date, our food safety officers have assessed food businesses in the greater Belfast area using a national scoring system endorsed by the Food Standards Agency (FSA).
They are rated according to how well they comply with food hygiene and food safety law.
We then award the relevant rating to the business, with five being the highest and zero the lowest.
