My commercial waste bin hasn`t been picked up. How do I report this?


If your commercial waste bin has been placed out for collection and it hasn`t been picked up, call us on 028 9027 0230.

We can then arrange for another collection as soon as possible.

Please make sure that your bin has been left out between 7am to 3pm on your collection day (or 7am to 12.30pm on Saturdays) as our pick-up times can vary.

Check as well that your bin can be easily reached by our staff and that it only contains the correct items, as we cannot collect it otherwise.
