No, we have to act completely impartially, therefore we cannot recommend architects or builders. The best advice we can give you, is to chose an established company, check their qualifications, ask for a list of their previous clients and check if they were satisfied with the work.
Full Plans applications submitted under the regulations will receive an official approval certificate and work controlled under the building regulations when completed will be subject of a final completion certificate. It may be prudent to withhold the final payment to your architect and builder until you have the proper approval or completion certificates.
