You can call 0300 2000 100 to report serious flooding in your area. The number is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.The operator will take your details and contact any relevant agencies on your behalf, such as the Rivers Agency, Roads Service or Northern Ireland Water.

If your electricity supply is affected by flooding, call 0845 7643 643.NI Gas Emergency Centre
If water enters your home you should turn off your gas supply. Do not use it again until the supply has been checked by a Gas Safe registered engineer.If you can smell gas, call 0800 002 001 immediately.
