We've put together a fact sheet to help you comply with the labelling, marking and composition of meat products displayed for sale loose or unwrapped, or food pre-packed by you for direct sale at your premises. Examples of products include sausages, sausage rolls, burgers, cooked pies, cooked meats, and glazed or coated products.

The fact sheet also includes additional information about sale in retail shops, other than your own retail shop, and foods sold to catering establishments.
