Health and wellbeingEncouraging a healthy lifestyle is an important part of our job. By helping people eat well and stay active, we can improve the quality of life of everyone living in Belfast.
Building a healthy city is a big job, so we're working with other agencies, such as the Public Health Agency and the Belfast Health and Social Services Trust, to address a range of health issues.
FacilitiesWith ten leisure centres and more than 70 parks, playing fields and other sports facilities to choose from, we've got lots to help you stay in shape!
Our centres offer swimming, fitness suites, classes and lots more. You can also save money by joining our Boost leisure membership scheme.

Book a sports pitch, download a walking or cycling route or choose from one of our many orienteering or eco-trails.
Our parks, located throughout Belfast, have plenty of playgrounds, walks, guided tours and events to keep you fit and healthy.
Urban Sports Park
