Preparing a healthy lunch for children can be tiring, particularly if they are fussy eaters. Make food fun for them by asking them to get involved in planning and making up their lunchboxes.
For example, why not make a pizza together for dinner and then save some for lunch the next day?
You could also ask children to wash fruit and vegetables for their lunchbox.
Choosing a mix of different colours can also help brighten up boring lunches.
