To make a complaint you can complete our online form, download a complaint form and post it to us, or call us on 028 9027 0331 for an information pack.

Before you make a complaint, please ensure you have read our guidance for complainants carefully to make sure that the hedge meets the criteria before pursuing a complaint. Also, please make sure that your supporting evidence is clearly labelled with your name and contact details.
