Equality Impact Assessment

Our draft Investment Programme 2012-2015 will be subject to an Equality Impact Assessment (EQIA) at a strategic level. We welcome the views of any organisation, group or individual on the draft Equality Impact Assessment. We have developed a questionnaire to help you with your response to the draft EQIA or you can simply send us your comments. In line with our Equality Scheme, a 12 week consultation period applies to the consultation on the draft EQIA on the Investment Programme. However we would appreciate it if responses could be submitted in line with the Investment Programme consultation period deadline of 27 April 2012.

Freedom of Information Act 2000

In accordance with the Freedom of Act 2000 all responses to consultations may be disclosed if requested. We will contact you before any disclosure to get your views about Freedom of Information requests received.
