Terms and conditions

This cost of customised training for Belfast City Council staff is included in your Service Level Agreement with ISB. External customers should contact a member of the training team on the contact details for a quote.

The cost will cover up to 8 attendees and gives the individual or group the undivided attention of a trainer for the duration of the course.

Cancellations

For cancellations we require five working days notice, before the date of the course or examination, otherwise the cost of the course or examination will not be refunded.

Delegate substitutions can be made, providing all course pre-requisites are met.
