Opening hours and public swim times

The centre is open from 7.15am to 10pm, Monday to Friday, and 10am to 4pm, Saturday and Sunday. Opening hours for some facilities vary, and these include:

There may be limited space available during these times because of swimming lessons and school swims. Our times can also change at short notice. Family swims are only available on Saturday and Sunday.

Shankill Leisure Centre offers great value party packages, suitable for birthdays and other occasions, starting from just £36.75.

Facilities
Gym, sauna, steam room, spa pool, swimming pool with Wavemaker machine and corkscrew slide and children's pool with mushroom umbrella and dolphin slide.


Activities
Offers five-a-side football, swimming, netball, volleyball, Futsal, uni hockey, table tennis, badminton, squash and basketball.


Kidzfit gym
This supervised gym is for young people aged eight to 16. It includes resistance machines, small spin cycles and adapted weights. Opening times are listed below.


Swimming lessons
Enrolment for Make a Splash lessons is on Saturday 22 October (1.30pm-3.30pm) and the next set of lessons begins on Monday 24 October (3.20pm-5.50pm).


Magictan tanning booth
There are no UV rays used in the booth, which costs £11 per 60 second session. A free induction to our gym is also included with all tan sessions booked in advance.

Half-term play scheme

Our half-term play scheme takes place from Monday 13 to Friday 17 February from 10am - 3pm, for children aged between 8 - 14 years.

Activities include swimming , badminton, futnet, soccer, archery, kidsgym , squash and racketball.
