Your Rights - A Guide

They also contain advice about what to do if you feel your rights are not being recognised.
The guides cover four main migrant 'groups':

- people from A8 countries (Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovak Republic and Slovenia)
- people from countries where a work permit is needed to gain employment in Northern Ireland (for example, Russia, India and China)
- A2 workers (from Romania and Bulgaria).
The Department of Employment and Learning has also produced a short guide, Living and Working in Northern Ireland, with useful information for anyone living abroad but considering moving to Northern Ireland.
It is available from the Department of Employment and Learning website
