MTV EMA - Belfast 2011

MTV EMA logo The fantastic MTV EMA 2011 was held in Belfast on Sunday 6 November.

The awards, at the Odyssey Arena, were hosted by American singer and actress Selena Gomez. Performers included
Queen, Lady Gaga, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Coldplay, Justin Bieber, David Guetta, Snow Patrol, Jason Derulo, Jessie J, Bruno Mars and LMFAO.

Presenters included Snooki and J-Woww (Jersey Shore), Ashley Rickards (MTV's Awkward), model Bar Refaeli, actress Hayden Panettiere and singers Katy Perry and Amy Lee (Evanescence).

For the first time, the star-studded show was broadcast from another two venues in the city - Belfast City Hall and the Ulster Hall.
