Cave Hill Adventurous Playground

Cave Hill Adventurous Playground is located in the grounds of Belfast Castle estate

You can find signposts to it from Antrim Road, opposite Gray's Lane.

It is suitable for children aged three to 14 and includes cradle swings, slides, spring rockers, a sand play unit and a bicycle roundabout.

For older children, there’s a spectacular space net and an aerial runway.

September	Monday to Friday - 2pm to 7.30pm Saturday and Sunday - 10am to 7.30pm
October	Saturday and Sunday - 11am to 4.30pm
November/December	Saturday and Sunday - 11am to 3.30pm
January	Saturday and Sunday - 11am to 4pm
February/March	Saturday and Sunday - 11am to 4.30pm

Prices

The following charges apply from 1 April 2010 to 31 March 2011:

single admission - £2.10
season ticket - £37.50.

Groups are advised to book in advance, especially during July and August when the playground is busy.

There are no concessions for groups.

Rules of use

The following rules apply to the playground:

children must be accompanied by an adult(s) at all times
adults bringing children to the playground must supervise them
last admission is 30 minutes before closing time
no dogs allowed.
