Address: Antrim Road, BT15 5GRYou can enter the park via the Cave Hill Adventurous Playground at Gray's Lane or Innisfayle Park. Take Metro no.1 A-H from Belfast city centre (Monday to Saturday) or no.1 C-E or H (Sundays).
Belfast Castle Estate is situated on the lower slopes of Cave Hill Country Park in north Belfast.
It contains both parkland and mature mixed woodland and offers superb views of the city from a variety of vantage points. The estate is home to many different species of wildlife, including long-eared owls, sparrowhawks and Belfast's rarest plant, the town hall clock.
Nearby features include Cave Hill Adventurous Playground (currently closed), archaeological sites, Cave Hill Visitor Centre, landscaped gardens, ecotrails and orienteering routes. Refreshments are also available in the Cellar Restaurant inside Belfast Castle.

The Adventurous Playground is currently closed for essential maintenance. We hope to reopen it in Spring 2012. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
