Summary
Belfast was one of nine European cities to take part in the URBACT project in 2006.In June 2006, the nine partners produced a report, or toolkit, which recommended seven principles which they believe are needed to engage with young people.
These recommendations have now been adopted by six of the cities who took part in the project.
