If you suspect that unhealthy conditions in your property are being caused by a defect on your neighbour's property, you should contact us and we will arrange an inspection of your property.If necessary we will also carry out an inspection of your neighbour's property. If appropriate, we will issue a Statutory Nuisance Abatement Notice on the owner of the neighbouring property.
If your neighbour allows offensive material to build up on their property (for example, household rubbish or dog dirt) we may issue a Statutory Nuisance Abatement Notice on them, ordering them to remove the offensive material.
