Rethink, revamp, restyle workshops

Furniture This spring our Waste Management Education and Promotions team, along with the Belfast Fashion Souk and the Department of the Environment's Rethink Waste fund, delivered 40 Rethink, Revamp, Restyle workshops across Belfast.

Participants who attended the workshops were taught useful skills and learned how to mend and repurpose their clothes, as well as how to revamp old, tired furniture into exciting new statement pieces for their homes.

By reducing, reusing and recycling what we have, for example by revamping our clothes and furniture at home, we can reduce the amount of waste we send to landfill and create interesting and unique pieces for our homes.
