If you would like to request a certified copy of a particular registration, you must provide us with the exact date and place of the birth, death, marriage or civil partnership.Fees payable
You must also include a cheque or money order for £12 (the current fee for requesting a registration) with your request.This should be made payable to Belfast City Council.
