It is one of the world’s leading rose gardens and contains more than 45,000 blooms every summer.

It includes:
The first trial roses were planted in the City of Belfast International Rose Garden in 1964.

The garden was re-landscaped in the early 1990s and, in 2000, it received the famous Plaque of Merit award.

Every year, the garden attracts attention from international rose breeders, who send their blooms to the park for trial during Rose Week
