The service provided by the Belfast Trust aims to care and support physically and mentally frail older people in a friendly, supportive environment which promotes independence and ensures people are treated with dignity and respect.
They offer both long term and short term support. They will provide a list, free of charge, of residential homes and nursing homes in Belfast.
