About Belfast Healthy Cities

Belfast is a leading member of the World Health Organisation (WHO) European Healthy Cities Network, which currently has over 80 member cities across Europe. The main role of Belfast Healthy Cities is to work with organisations to facilitate change, and develop tools, strategies and ways of working which will improve health and wellbeing.

Belfast Healthy Cities is funded by Belfast City Council, Eastern Health and Social Services Board, Belfast Health and Social Care Trust and Northern Ireland Housing Executive.
