Really Rubbish Road Show The Really Rubbish Road Show will be transforming rubbish into amazing rockets, kites and buggies.

Fishmonger Alan Coffey, one of the market's longest-serving traders, will teach you everything you need to know about fish - how to pick the fish you want, the fine art of filleting and preparing it as well as how to cook it. This promises to be a real masterclass!
Ark Farm Ark Farm will be there with a variety of farm animals for children to hold and learn about.
Trevor Dickson Trevor is a one-man band, playing a variety of instruments and perfecy to sing along to.
Saturday 13 September Tea and Cookies
11am - 1pm
Yvonne Fisher will show you how to bake her acclaimed American cookies - although she won't tell you all her secrets!

Plus, learn the secrets of blending and brewing tea and coffee from Robert Bell, a third generation trader and one of Belfast's foremost experts.
Cap In Your Hand Traditional Irish and folk songs to get your toe tapping.
Saturday 20 September Market Fusion
11am - 1pm
Top chefs Paul Rankin and Nick Nairn will combine their highly individual culinary styles to prepare a menu from produce on sale at the market. We guarantee you won't see anything like this on TV.

Later in the afternoon, the two chefs will be giving individual masterclasses at Garden Gourmet in Botanic Gardens.
Cara Robinson Cara has sung backing vocals for Rhianna, Jamiroquai and Beverley Knight, but takes centre stage at St George's with an acoustic soul mix and originals from her own album.
Saturday 27 September Cheese, Etc. Cheesemonger Trevor Irvine will give a unique and personal insight into the world of cheese - from how it is made to how best to enjoy it.

Of course, where there is cheese, there's also wine - we'll be hosting a special promotion by one of our top local wine merchants.
